As my client, you agree to provide me with everything I need to complete the project in a timely fashion, to review my work, to provide feedback and sign-off within an agreed time frame and to adhere to the agreed upon payment schedule.

Most clients require me to make some changes to the work I do for them, which is fine-and in many cases, expected. However, as this is a fixed-price agreement, I do have to limit the time I spend rewriting and editing. Unless otherwise specified, this agreement includes the initial delivery of a complete copy document and TWO subsequent rounds of changes {if desired or required}. Any additional changes will be billed at the hourly rate. This applies only to the point where you sign off on my work and/or publish it by using it live on your website.

Until final payment is received, copyright of all work remains with me. When I have received full and final payment as described in this agreement, copyright of the work I have produced is automatically assigned to you. You can use the work to promote yourself and your website, however, you may not claim it as your own. Where applicable, the author should be given any necessary credit for usage.

I'm fanatical about hitting deadlines, but will need your help in order to do so. I cannot be responsible for a missed deadline if you have been late with a down payment, slow to supply materials or information or have not provided feedback to agreed timelines. I cannot be held responsible for deadlines missed due to circumstances completely beyond my control {acts of God, family or personal emergencies etc...}

For those with simple requests, I offer a handful of 'buy it now' services through this website. For more complex and thorough needs, I offer project rates. Due to the nature of the services and the fact that they are customized and intangible, there are no refunds for services rendered. We will work together until your project defines your vision.

The preferred {and most efficient} method of payment is through Paypal. If you wish to cancel this agreement prior to its completion, I will retain any payments previously rendered and you may be required to make an additional payment to cover the work I’ve already done. This would be based on the percentage of the project I have completed, thus far.

I will absolutely do my best to ensure all facts and statements in my work are truthful and original and do not infringe upon the rights of any third party or existing copyrights. However, I cannot be liable to you, or any third party, for damages, including lost profits, lost savings, complaints, claims, litigation or other incidental, consequential or special damages which arise regarding this assignment.

I am unable to assume any responsibility whatsoever for your business performance or any loss of business. My job is to share information, advice and to provide creative written marketing.
